**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Substitute Teachers to provide instruction in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The Substitute Teacher will follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Teaching certification or substitute teacher certification required
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and environments
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice

**Responsibilities:**
- Follow lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and discipline when necessary
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects
- Communicate with school administrators and staff as needed
- Complete all required paperwork and reports

**Additional Requirements:**
- Completion of Level II Background Screenings and Safe Environment Trainings
- Compliance with all school policies and procedures
- Willingness to commit to on-call or short-notice assignments
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff effectively
