Job Summary:
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is looking for a full-time instructional assistant to support the Kindergarten classroom. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a positive learning environment for young students.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers and students
- Completion of background check and mandatory trainings

Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist students with classwork and projects
- Supervise students during various activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents
- Participate in professional development opportunities as required
