Nativity Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Instructional Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year to support elementary-age students. The ideal candidate will uphold the mission of Catholic Education and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with attendance and classroom routines.
2. Reinforce lessons, concepts, and skills one-on-one with students or in small groups.
3. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the classroom.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment.
5. Enforce school and class rules to teach students proper behavior.
6. Supervise students during recess and lunch, ensuring appropriate behavior and orderly routines.
7. Ability to manage classroom in the absence of the teacher.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work under the direction of the classroom teacher, principal, and assistant principal.
3. Successful completion of a Level II background screening.

This role offers valuable classroom experience in a supportive, faith-based environment. The Instructional Assistant will work closely with a lead teacher to support lesson delivery, provide small-group instruction, and assist with behavior management to create a positive and engaging learning space.
