We at Morning Star School, Tampa, are looking for an ESE Teacher to teach English Language Arts to our exceptional students in 4th - 6th grade. Morning Star School, located in north Tampa, is a Catholic school for students with learning disabilities and related challenges.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- State certification in Special Education
- Proven experience working with students with exceptionalities
- Experience teaching reading and writing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to support positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
- Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with assistive technology
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Understanding of diverse learning styles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
