Dean of Student Formation
Our Catholic school is seeking a mission-driven Dean of Student Formation to support the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of our PreK-3 – 8th grade students. The ideal candidate will build positive relationships, guide students toward wise decision-making, and model the Gospel in all interactions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring academic progress, supervising daily student activities such as lunch, recess, arrival/dismissal, after-school programs/sports, assisting with discipline in accordance with school policies, and collaborating with parents, teachers, the school counselor, and administrators to resolve student concerns in accordance with school policies by collaborating with parents and teachers in consultation with administration.
Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, professional discretion, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently while supporting school leadership. Experience in education or youth ministry preferred; commitment to Catholic values required.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II background screening.
