**Job Summary:**
Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations for the 2026-2027 school year to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our educational institution with a focus on student discipline, student life, and scheduling. The Assistant Principal of Operations will oversee administrative functions, operational processes, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for students and staff.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the Principal and Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction to establish and enforce discipline policies, manage student referrals, and promote a positive school culture.
2. Coordinate and enhance student life initiative and extracurricular activities.
3. Develop and maintain efficient scheduling of classes, events, and resources to optimize the student experience and academic success.
4. Supervise safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
5. Manage logistics for school activities, and community engagement efforts.
6. Lead and support administrative staff, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in school administration with a focus on student discipline and student life.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Knowledge of educational regulatory compliance and best practices in student discipline.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
