Jesuit High School - Jesuit Residence Chef (Part-Time)

Job Outline: The Jesuit Residence at Jesuit High School is seeking a candidate for a ten-month (August-June), part-time Chef. The Chef is a member of the staff that serves the Jesuit Community and works directly under the supervision of the Superior/Minister of the Jesuit Community.

The primary responsibilities of the Chef are to prepare the weekly menu, shop as needed, set the dining room, prepare dinner for the Jesuit Community, clean up afterwards, and oversee the supplies and cleanliness of both the kitchen and dining room. The Jesuit Community currently consists of five members, but at certain times of the year may increase to include up to 12 members.

Requirements: Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.

Hours: 3:30 pm-8:00 pm, Mon-Fri with an additional 30 minutes for shopping each day. That is a total of 5 hours each weekday.
