St. Anthony Catholic School is a historic and picturesque VPK-8th Grade Diocesan School located in San Antonio, Florida, just 35 minutes north of Tampa. We are seeking to hire a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor who maintains and supervises all aspects of maintenance and custodial services.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Instructs and monitors custodial staff in general custodial tasks and reviews performances of staff.
• Coordinates all vendors/contractors regarding campus maintenance and security.
• Establishes daily work assignments.
• Ensures facility set-up/break down for school events.
• Ensures coordination and communication both internally and externally
• Performs custodial duties, routine repairs, and lawn maintenance.
• Maintains a cost-effective inventory of supplies within budgetary guidelines.

Candidate must successfully complete a Level II FBI background screening and complete Safe Environment Training.
