**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join our team. The Music Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a music education curriculum and conducting music lessons.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Music Teacher or in a similar role. BA in music a plus!
- Proficiency in playing various musical instruments.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, music history, and different musical genres.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels, especially students with learning difficulties and related challenges.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement music education plans
- Teach music theory, instrument techniques, music history, and other related subjects.
- Plan and conduct group music lessons.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers to support students’ musical development as it relates to what students are studying the content areas.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening.
