We are seeking a dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching math to students in grades 6-8, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Math Education or related field
- State teaching certification
- Proven experience teaching middle school math
- Strong knowledge of middle school math curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with differentiated instruction
- Knowledge of educational technology tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong classroom management skills
