A Middle School Science Teacher for the 2025-2026 School Year

Date Needed: August 2025

We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher for our middle school students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about science education, possess strong communication skills, and create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum and educational standards.
2. Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and other hands-on activities to enhance student learning.
3. Assess student understanding through quizzes, tests, and other evaluative measures.
4. Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and performance.
5. Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
6. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a positive school culture.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Valid teaching license or certification for middle school science.
3. Proven experience teaching science to middle school students.
4. Strong knowledge of middle school science curriculum and instructional best practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
7. Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom.
8. Strong classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching methods.
2. Ability to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
3. Familiarity with STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) education initiatives.
