Bishop Larkin Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Instructional Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year to support elementary-age students. The ideal candidate will uphold the mission of Catholic Education and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with attendance and classroom routines.
2. Reinforce lessons, concepts, and skills one-on-one with students or in small groups.
3. Help collate and distribute materials.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment.
5. Copy work as needed.
6. Enforce school and class rules to teach students proper behavior.
7. Supervise students during recess and lunch, ensuring appropriate behavior and orderly routines.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work under the direction of the classroom teacher, principal, and assistant principal.
3. Successful completion of a Level II background screening.

This role offers valuable classroom experience in a supportive, faith-based environment. The Instructional Assistant will work closely with a lead teacher to support lesson delivery, provide small-group instruction, and assist with behavior management to create a positive and engaging learning space.
