Nativity Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School ELA Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. We are a vibrant Catholic school in Brandon, FL, committed to academic excellence and the spiritual development of every student.

The ideal candidate is a passionate educator who:

· Creates engaging, student-centered lessons through project-based learning

· Integrates technology to boost learning and student participation

· Designs rigorous unit plans aligned with academic standards

· Has experience or familiarity with progress monitoring assessments like NWEA MAP Growth and Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS)

· Thrives in a collaborative, faith-based environment

Qualifications:

· Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education, Reading or English 6-12 or eligibility to obtain one

· Reading and/or Gifted Endorsement is highly preferred

· Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills

· A commitment to the mission of Catholic education
