What We’re Looking For:

· A creative and dedicated teacher who brings learning to life through project-based instruction and a student-centered approach

· Someone who’s comfortable leveraging technology to enhance engagement and achievement

· A collaborator who designs rigorous, standards-based unit plans

· Familiarity with progress monitoring assessments and Positive Behavior Support (PBIS) protocols

· A valid Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (or the credentials/experience to obtain one)

· Reading and/or Gifted Endorsement highly preferred

· Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
