Student Support & Performance Monitoring

  • Partner in CWSP morning launch and afternoon check-out processes.
  • Track student attendance, punctuality, workplace behavior, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with school staff and families to address any concerns that arise related to CWSP participation.
  • Facilitate job onboarding processes and student team orientation sessions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to students in preparation for and during job placements.
  • Assist in the development and instruction of work-readiness curriculum for both deployed students and those pending job placement.
  • Mediate students’ expressed concerns in the workplace.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed notes, feedback, and records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Prepare and present performance reports to students, internal teams, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate to ensure CWSP scheduling, transportation, and logistics align with partner needs.

Job Retention & Renewal

  • Cultivate long-term relationships to increase corporate partner retention year over year.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners and training supervisors.
  • Identify opportunities for job expansion or referrals to new partners within the existing network.

Event Support & Student Programming

  • Participate in Summer Business Training and workplace readiness initiatives.
  • Support student celebrations, recognition events, and partner engagement/appreciation programming.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, client relations, workforce development, or education.
