St. Petersburg Catholic High School is seeking a full-time Learning Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year.  This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of students on a DoSP Student Support Plan (including writing plans, communicating with students, parents, faculty and administration about the plan and helping to ensure accommodations in the plan are met), working with students and faculty for extended time on formative and summative assessments, and teaching a Learning Strategies Class.  Additionally the Learning Specialist will coordinate extended time testing for ACT and SAT administrations.  

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree, be certified or eligible for certification in Florida for a K-12 ESE certification.  Successful candidates must pass a Level II Background Screening and complete all required Diocesan trainings.
