St. Petersburg Catholic High School is seeking a full-time Theology Instructor for the 2025-2026 school year.

St. Petersburg Catholic High School is a Christ-centered, college preparatory school rooted in a firm foundation of Catholic faith, family, tradition, and excellence.  As a diverse teaching and learning community, we are committed to forming young men and women in spirit, mind, and body for future leadership and compassionate service.

We are seeking an experienced theology teacher that has familiarity with high school theology curriculum, integration of campus ministry, retreat planning,  and classroom technology, including using student I-pads to facilitate instruction and assessment.  Our theology teachers share retreat and faith formation planning with our chaplain and campus minister.  A preference will be given to teachers with a background in both teaching and campus ministry.  

Required Qualifications:

1. A four year degree in theology from an accredited college or university; master's degree preferred.
2. Previous teaching experience at the high school level.
3. Pass a Level II Background Screening as well as complete Safe Environment training.
