St. Petersburg Catholic High School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Football Coach to lead our program in alignment with our mission of achieving excellence in all things. This is an opportunity to shape a football program that exemplifies excellence in athletic competition, individual development, leadership, and academics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive football program focused on athletic success, character formation, and academic achievement.
• Mentor and develop student-athletes, fostering their growth as leaders both on and off the field.
• Build and sustain a competitive football program that represents the values of St. Petersburg Catholic High School.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director to ensure program alignment with school mission and goals.
• Manage coaching staff, fostering a positive, professional, and cohesive team environment.
• Oversee all football operations, including planning practices, coordinating game schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance with all rules and regulations (FHSAA, Diocesan and school-based).

Qualifications:

• Proven success as a high school head football coach or equivalent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a successful football program.
• Commitment to academic excellence and the holistic development of student-athletes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience working within a Catholic school setting is a plus but not required.

Employment Details:

• Full-time employment is a possibility for the right candidate based on qualifications and additional teaching or administrative responsibilities.
• The Head Football Coach will report to the Athletic Director.
