St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Teacher Assistant to join our faith-filled early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Support the mission and Catholic values of St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center.
• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
• Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
• Maintain open, professional communication with staff and families.
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
• CPR and First Aid
• DCF 40 clock hours certification
• Actively participate in classroom activities

Employment is conditional upon the successful fulfillment of a Level II Background Screening and Safe Environment Training.
