Job Summary:
St. Raphael Catholic School is seeking a dedicated Instructional Aide for the 2026/2027 school year to support students in grades two and three on a part-time basis. The hours are 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The Instructional Aide will assist teachers in implementing educational and behavioral strategies to promote student learning and development.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting student success

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher
- Support student behavior management in accordance with school policies
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students
- Assist with classroom organization and preparation for lessons
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the educational mission of the school

All employees must pass a Level II FBI fingerprint screening and complete all mandatory training.
