St. Patrick Catholic School in Largo is looking for a part-time bookkeeper for the 2024-2025 school year.  This is a year round position. Potential for a full-time position if combined with office manager responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Records all deposits, assists in billing process and process to pay vendors.
• Set up and maintain student/family accounts in FACTS
• Support principal and diocese in financial processes of the school
• Support the admissions process in regards to financial processes
• Manages all aspects of scholarship programs (enrollment, payment process, and annual audit)
• Responds to all inquiries and provides appropriate information, assistance related to school, office and program operations, activities, policies and procedures
• Inputs data as needed
• Generates communications and reports as requested
• Performs all duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient with ParishSoft, FACTS and FACTS SIS 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), is preferred but not required
• One year of successful experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a school setting 
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of and prior use of office equipment (copiers, computers, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Practicing Roman Catholic preferred
• Completion and successful clearance of Level II fingerprint background screening and Safe Environment training is required
