**Job Summary:** Notre Dame Catholic School, located in Spring Hill, FL, is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging physical education lessons that promote fitness, sportsmanship, and overall wellness among students.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license in Physical Education
- Proficiency in developing and implementing age-appropriate physical education curricula
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities
- Knowledge of health and fitness principles

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver well-structured physical education lessons that align with the curriculum standards
- Organize and supervise physical activities and sports games
- Assess students' physical abilities and track their progress
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment in the gymnasium and outdoor spaces
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding students' progress and behavior
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required

**Additional Requirements:**
- Experience working with students of various age groups
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of adaptive physical education (preferred)
- Successful completion of a Level II Background Screening
