St. Stephen Catholic School is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team for the 2024-25 school year as an elementary teacher. We are seeking applicants who have an enthusiasm for planning and teaching in a faith-filled educational program. We are looking for individuals with teaching experience who have a passion for creating inquiry-based lessons. Familiarity with Understanding by Design, Standards-Based Grading, and the integration of classroom technology is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education (Letter of Eligibility, or current application, with FL DOE ID required)

• Teaching experience preferred

• Passionate about teaching children in a faith-based community

• Highly-skilled communicator

Employment is contingent upon successful competition of a Level II background screening and safe environment training. Salary and benefits are commensurate with the School salary scale and Diocese benefits policy.
