St. Stephen Catholic School is seeking a talented and inspiring music educator to teach pre-school through eighth-grade students.

JOB GOAL: To create a flexible music program in a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a solid musical foundation in accordance with each pupil’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members; to fully integrate the Catholic faith into the school's music program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education (Letter of Eligibility, or current application, with FL DOE ID required)
• Expert in field
• Passionate about teaching children in a faith-based community
• Highly skilled communicator
• Level II Background Screening
