**Job Summary:**
We seek an Aftercare staff member for our Beyond the Bell program to join our team part-time, available during afternoon hours, 2:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. The aftercare support staff will be responsible for supporting program participants after the end of regular school program hours. Salary Range $15-18 per hour, depending on experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous experience in a similar role,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with students

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement aftercare plans in collaboration with the aftercare coordinator
- Coordinate activities for students
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure continuity of the program
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in aftercare services and participate in relevant training opportunities.

Employment is contingent on FBI Level II fingerprinting and Safe Environment training.
