St. Cecelia Interparochial Catholic School is seeking a teacher’s assistant. Candidates for this part-time position (8:00am – 12:00pm) should support the mission of Catholic Education. Applicants should have good communication and organizational skills. We are an IB World School offering the MYP Programme (6^th - 8^th grade) and PYP Programme (PK3-5^th grade). The assistant works under the direction of the classroom teacher, principal and assistant principal. Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with attendance and classroom routines
• Reinforce lessons, concepts, and skills one-on-one with students or in small groups
• Assist the teacher with collating and distributing materials
• Help keep the classroom clean and orderly
• Copy work as needed
• Help supervise students in classes, during transitions, during lunch and recess
• Enforce school and class rules to help teach students proper behavior

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
