St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Lead Teacher (EC2) to join our team for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Lead Teacher will work with young learners, supporting the implementation of educational programs, managing classroom activities, and providing personalized assistance to students, contributing significantly to a positive learning atmosphere.

**Qualifications**
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Completion of DCF 45 training clock hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional early childhood education or teaching-related education/certification.
- Previous experience in an educational or school environment.
- Passion for working with children to help them achieve their full potential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Schedule**
Monday - Friday 8:30am-1:00pm

**Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Level II Background Screening and Safe Environment Training.
